C. Thomas (Tom) Klaray is an associate partner in the Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and senior vice president of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. working in the Edmonton office.

Tom has more than 16 years of advisory experience and has worked extensively with financial institutions and government agencies on various problem accounts as receiver-manager, trustee in bankruptcy, court-appointed monitor and consultant. He has acted as a court-appointed receiver-manager for an electrical contractor, and has prepared information for solicitors related to a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Tom has also provided advice to his clients in the areas of financial restructuring, acquisition planning, divestment analysis and corporate reorganization. He has worked with financially distressed organizations in a consulting capacity and also has experience as the senior executive officer of a company with multiple affiliates.

Stanley (Stan) S. Romaniuk is a Vice President in the Advisory Service Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and splits his time between the firm's two Edmonton practice locations.

Stan joined the firm in 2007 accepting the leadership role to manage and build the firms consumer debtor practice. Stan has been assisting businesses and individuals in financial difficulty for over 15 years, and now focuses his work solely on assisting individuals with their financial difficulties. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a Trustee in Bankruptcy and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP).

Stan is a Registered Insolvency Counselor and has a passion for helping people get a fresh financial start.

In addition Stan has authored papers on various insolvency issues and speaks on personal insolvency matters frequently.

Suzanne Tessier is an insolvency administrator and counselor in the Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. working in the Edmonton office. She is part of the PwCDebtSolutions™ group.

Suzanne brings a very diverse background of experience to PwCDebtSolutions™. She hails from a profession that involved extensive counseling, educating and media relations. She was instrumental in helping Edmonton Advisory launch a Consumer Insolvency practice with a dedicated focus to individuals seeking quality financial advice.

She graduated from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, with a BSc in 1991.
