Victoria Doell is a manager in the Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. working in the Prince Albert office, which is a satellite of the Saskatoon office. She is part of the PwCDebtSolutions™ group.

Victoria works as part of the Saskatoon office but lives and manages an office in Prince Albert. She has many years of experience in consumer and commercial insolvency and debt restructuring proposals. She specializes in helping consumers to restructure their debts. She also provides business and personal bankruptcy administration, debt counseling and budgeting advice, and prepares consumer proposal presentations geared toward banks and loan officers.

She recently qualified as a Trustee in Bankruptcy and has taken the Insolvency Counselor's Course as well as the CAIRP Administrator's Course.

Penny Gipman is an Estate Administrator with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Saskatoon. Penny has over 15 years experience in consumer and commercial insolvency as well as consumer and commercial proposals.

Robert Meldrum is a vice president in the Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. working in the Saskatoon office.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of receivership, bankruptcy, restructuring and business valuation. He has been involved in a wide range of industry assignments such as aviation, manufacturing and processing, construction, retail, wholesale distribution, broadcasting and hospitality.

Bob has provided courses, seminars and publications for numerous professional and credit granting groups including the Canadian Bar Association. He is past president of the Saskatchewan Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and is currently a member of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Insolvency Advisory Committee.

Bob has a BA (Arts) and BA (Education) from the University of Manitoba. He is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.

Tamara Rogers (Tami) is an Estate Administrator with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Regina office. Tami has worked in the insolvency field since 1995 assisting businesses and individuals. Tami works closely with the Winnipeg and Saskatchewan Trustees and operates the Regina satellite office. She has completed the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals course on Insolvency Administration and is a Qualified Insolvency Counsellor.

Michelle Scheller is an Estate Administrator with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Saskatoon. Michelle has over 10 years experience in consumer and commercial insolvency as well as consumer and commercial proposals. Michelle is currently enrolled in the National Insolvency Qualification Program (NIQP) working towards her Trustee license.
